Grace Presbyterian Church held its first congregational meeting and worship service on October 9, 1960. Construction of the sanctuary began in 1977, and the dedication service for the new sanctuary was held on September 10, 1978.
  Grace Church is part of the Presbyterian Church (USA). We belong to the Presbytery of South Louisiana and the Synod of the Sun, A governing body—the Session— consists of elders elected to govern the local congregation. A Board of Deacons oversees service for the church and for the community.  Strong relational bonds characterize life at Grace Church. Our wish at Grace is that each individual may grow in the knowledge and love of God and that all may come into a more abundant life through Jesus Christ, our Savior.

Grace Presbyterian Church invites you to share in our fellowship with Christ. All are invited to join us in worship and classes, fellowship and mission.  Membership in this community of faith is open to all who profess their belief in Jesus Christ as Savior and would serve him as Lord.

Membership is through affirmation of faith,  reaffirmation of faith, or transfer of membership from another church, Affiliate memberships, appropriate for college students and temporary residents, are also possible.
